Effie Neill from Ardgroom, Beara in West Cork has been making huge inroads into country music since she hit the scene just a short couple of years ago. Earlier this year Effie won ”The Hottest Female Act” at the Hot Country TV Awards. Effie also won a major singing competition on one of Irelands biggest Country Music Festivals “Cowboys and Heroes” Effie was also a 2024 finalist on the top rated Glor Tire TV Show and was thrilled to have those opportunities so early on in her career. Her first single “Country Is The Best “ was initially featured on Europe’s longest running TV Show “Hot

Country” introducing her to audiences all around Ireland, UK, other countries throughout Europe and further afield. This together with DJs regularly playing it on their shows and being featured on the music columns on the press made it one of the most popular songs on her live shows. Effie will perform a dance in the Gleneagle Hotel Ballroom on January 2nd 2026.
