Claudia Buckley has just been awarded Female Vocalist of the Year for 2023’ at the hot country music awards one of the youngest-ever recipients of this special recognition. In the space of just two years Claudia has had 6 no.1 singles in the country charts in Ireland, and her most recent self-penned single ‘Honey Bee’ made the top 10 in the Irish pop charts. Claudia grew up immersed in country music and her own unique sound, a blend of traditional country, pop, and bluegrass speaks to this. Galway-based Claudia has spent the last year touring the UK and Ireland with friend and colleague Nathan Carter performing at festivals all over Ireland, the UK, Spain, and beyond. 

Claudia is currently working on her second studio album set for release this year and cannot wait to embark on her tour all over Ireland to showcase some of her hits such as ‘Drinking with Dolly, ‘Diane’ and some old favorites that she hopes everyone will love. 

In the last year, Claudia has performed on some of Ireland’s Top Tv shows including ‘The Late Late Show, The Six O’Clock Show, Up for the Match, and BBC’s Keepin Er’ Country. Claudia will be joined on tour by some of the legends of Irish music such as Philomena Begley, her father Jimmy Buckley, Johnny Brady, and more.
