Drawing from his years of live performance experience, Blindboy can make a crowd of 1200 feel as though they are in a small room with only a handful of others. He reads from his book, and he speaks with a guest. It is not an interview, but rather an intimate chat which seeks to replicate a private conversation in a public space through the language of theatre. These live shows are spontaneously endearing and heart-warmingly engaging, there’s usually something in here for everyone to enjoy.  Sometimes he may have a guest who is a person with an interesting life story to tell, and other times he might interview a person who is an expert in their field. Notable past guests are Spike Lee, Bernadette Devlin and authors Kevin Barry and Roddy Doyle.
